- 1 cup of vegan cream or nut milk
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup of vegetable stock
- 1 cup chopped mushrooms (any variety or mix is fine)
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 pound dry pasta of your choice
