- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 cups cooked penne pasta
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

- In a large pan, cook the ground beef, onion, bell pepper, and garlic over medium heat until the beef is no longer pink and the vegetables are softened, about 8-10 minutes. Drain off any excess fat.
