Meatball Pasta Bake
You'll need the following ingredients to make this delicious pasta bake:
- 1 lb spaghetti
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup frozen meatballs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp basil
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup of white wine
- 2 cups of marinara sauce
- 1 cup of shredded cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Cook the spaghetti in a pot of salted boiling water until al dente, about 7-8 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium-high heat and add the diced onion and bell pepper. Cook for about 3 minutes or until softened.

- 1 lb penne pasta
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lb mushrooms, wiped, trimmed and chopped
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup half & half cream
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the onion and garlic, and cook for 2-3 minutes or until softened.
- Add the mushrooms, thyme, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Cook for 7-8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the shredded chicken and frozen peas and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until heated through.

- Add the Parmesan cheese, cream, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Simmer for a few minutes, until the sauce is thickened.
- Transfer the mixture to a 9x13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle the top with the mozzarella cheese and bake
