This One Pot Creamy Garlic Parmesan Pasta dish is an easy and comforting meal that you can whip up in just 20 minutes! You'll need just one pot and minimal ingredients to make this cheesy and garlicky meal.
Ingredients:
- 7 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup low sodium chicken broth or vegetable broth
- 1 cup half and half or heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper, or to taste
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3/4 pound (340 grams) dry linguine or pasta of choice
Instructions:
- In a large pot over medium-high heat, sauté garlic in butter and olive oil until golden.
- Add flour to the pot and stir until lightly browned, about 1 minute.
- Slowly pour in chicken broth and half and half, stirring constantly.
