Instructions
Begin by heating the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Finely chop the onion and garlic, thenadd it to the skillet. Fry them until they become fragrant, about 3-5 minutes. Add the mushrooms to the skillet, along with the pepper, salt, rosemary, and paprika. Fry for another 5 minutes until the mushrooms are soft and golden. Cut the chicken into small cubes and add them to the pan. Fry for 5 minutes until the chicken is golden. Add the chicken broth and double cream to the skillet, stir, and bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for 10 minutes. In the meantime, cook the pasta in boiling water according to package instructions. Once the sauce and pasta is ready, mix it together.
