Chicken and Mushroom Pasta Bake
This dish is incredibly simple to make and requires minimal ingredients. All it takes is some cooked pasta (choose your favorite kind!), chicken, mushrooms, a can of cream of chicken soup, onions, garlic, and cheese. Plus, you’ll need a little olive oil for sautéing the vegetables.
Instructions
To make this dish, start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C). Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat, and then sauté half a diced onion and one clove of minced garlic for 4-5 minutes, until the onion starts to turn translucent. Then add 1 cup of chopped mushrooms, and cook for 3 more minutes.
Add your cooked and drained pasta to the skillet, and pour the can of cream of chicken soup over the top. Stir to combine, and add in 1 cup of cooked, diced chicken. Mix everything together, and then pour the mixture into an oven-safe baking dish. Sprinkle 1 cup of grated cheese over the top, and bake for 25 minutes.
Once it’s done, let it cool for a few minutes and serve hot. Sprinkle a little extra cheese over the top for extra yumminess. Enjoy!
