- 1/2 pound chicken breasts, diced
- 1/2 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 pound penne pasta
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons freshly chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Start by bringing a large pot of salted water to a boil. Once it reaches a boil, add in the pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Once done cooking, drain the pasta and set aside.
