- 6 cups cooked medium shell pasta

- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 3 tablespoons freshly chopped green onion
- Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375° F. Cook pasta according to package instructions.

- In a small bowl, mix together sour cream, diced tomatoes, and green onions.
- Remove baking dish from oven and spoon creamy mixture over top.
- Return baking dish to oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
