Creamy Tuscan Chicken Pasta
Let’s start cooking! To make this creamy Tuscan Chicken pasta, you’ll need a few ingredients:
- 8 ounces of penne pasta
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 pound of boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano
- 1/2 cup of white wine
- 1 cup of chicken broth
- Half a red bell pepper, diced
- Half a yellow bell pepper, diced
- 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley
- 4 ounces of sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup of heavy cream
- 1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons of butter
Begin by cooking the penne according to the directions on the package. Drain and set aside.
